At Nusuk Aid, our services involve live fulfillment within Makkah — including animal sacrifices, food preparation, water delivery, and other religiously timed logistical services.

We do not ship physical products to customers. All services are fulfilled locally on your behalf and documented with confirmation media where applicable.

1. Fulfillment Timeframes

Each service has its own fulfillment window based on religious or operational timing:

  • Hady, Qurbani, Dam, and Aqeeqah: Fulfilled according to Islamic dates and guidelines (e.g. during the days of Tashreeq for Hajj).

  • Meals, Grains, Dates, Water Distribution: Typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Camel Sacrifice or Large-Scale Services: May require additional time, and you will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

2. Confirmation & Delivery

Once your service is fulfilled:

  • You will receive digital confirmation, which may include:

    • Receipt of service

    • Photos or videos

    • Written verification

  • All confirmations are delivered by email and/or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details you provide.

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any goods to customer addresses. Our services are fulfilled locally in Makkah and are meant to be executed on your behalf for religious or personal reasons.

There is no parcel tracking or courier delivery applicable to any Nusuk Aid purchase.

4. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

  • Returns are not applicable.

  • Once a service has been fulfilled (e.g. a sacrifice performed or a food parcel delivered), it cannot be undone or returned.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will review your case individually.

5. Order Accuracy

Please ensure all information (names, number of services, contact info) is correct at checkout. Mistakes may affect fulfillment. Contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
