Refund Policy

At Nusuk Aid, we take pride in fulfilling each service with care, precision, and religious compliance. Due to the nature of our offerings — which involve time-sensitive preparations, live fulfillment, and perishable items — all purchases are final once confirmed.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Once a service is purchased and scheduled for fulfillment (e.g. sacrifice, food or water delivery), it cannot be canceled or refunded. This is because:

  • Many services are carried out within specific religious timeframes (e.g. Hajj days of Tashreeq).

  • Preparations begin immediately after order confirmation.

  • We work with live animals, fresh food, and real-time distribution logistics, which cannot be undone.


2. Changes to Orders

We understand that sometimes customers may input the wrong information or request modifications.

  • You may request a change to your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at NusukAid@gmail.com.

  • After that, we cannot guarantee any modifications as fulfillment may have already begun.


3. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare circumstances:

  • A service was not delivered at all and no evidence (photo/video/digital receipt) was provided.

  • Duplicate payments were made for the same service unintentionally.

In such cases:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of your order.

  • Email: [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and a brief explanation.

  • We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Hady, Qurbani, Dam, Aqeeqah services

  • Food distribution and meal services

  • Water distribution services

  • Camel or sheep purchase and fulfillment services

  • Any services fulfilled or initiated on religious days or within Makkah


5. Disputes

We are committed to resolving any concerns. If you're unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please reach out to us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
